Announce new single ‘Stolen Bikes’

“Soaring Indie-pop” – Line of Best Fit

“Love hearing a new band and it really relates” Chris Stark – Radio 1
Stolen Bikes out February 15th

Only The Poets unveil lead single from their debut EP, live favourite, ‘Stolen Bikes’.

A worthy follow up to last summer’s ‘Even Hell’ (Radio 1 TOTW) this is indie pop at its euphoric, irreverent best, with jangling Britpop guitars and gospel harmonies taking turns throughout.

‘Stolen Bikes’ is the last of 3 singles to be dropped, one per week, over February.

Fans of the band will have to move fast though, as frontman Tommy explains.

“Two of the tracks will be taken down when our tour ends. We’ve given it an online expiry date.. It just feels like music these days is chewed up and spat out so fast, after that the EP will be available in physical form, so hopefully people can live with and fall in love with them, old school…”

2018 saw the band complete a sold out UK tour in September and 3 sold out London shows across the year, as well as a triumphant summer of festivals culminating at Reading and Leeds.

Only The Poets head back out on tour in Feb/March, including a huge headline show at 500 capacity Dingwalls in London on Feb 28th.

Previous support from Radio 1, Line of Best Fit, Radio X, Apple Music BOTW, BBC Introducing.
